At Ressence Watches, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our innovative timepieces by offering a 14-day return window for items in original, unworn condition. All returns must include original packaging and documentation to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Timepiece

  Place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Secure Shipment

  Affix the provided insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location to ensure safe transit back to our workshop.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the timepiece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
